How long does the free audit take?
We deliver audit reports within 24 hours of receiving your URL. The report covers PageSpeed, SEO health, AEO readiness, and a basic competitor comparison. It's a real, manual-plus-AI audit — not a generic Lighthouse score dump.
What if I don't have a website yet?
That's fine — we skip the audit and go straight to the build brief. We can start from zero and have a full site live in 7 days. Book a 15-minute call instead and we'll scope it from there.
Do you work outside of Vancouver?
Yes. We work with businesses across Western Canada. Most of our communication is async — you don't need to be in the same city or timezone. That said, we understand the Vancouver market specifically well, which is useful for local SEO and competitive analysis.
What's the minimum engagement?
For a Build project, there's no minimum beyond the project scope — from $1,500 for a single landing page. For Grow and Run, these are month-to-month retainers. You can start with just the audit and go from there.
How do I pay?
We use Stripe for all payments. Invoice sent before work begins. 50% upfront, 50% on delivery for Build projects. Monthly retainers billed on the 1st of each month. All prices in CAD.
